Hello and welcome to Hawthorne Park the home of Scalextric style slot car racing in Liverpool. If you’ve ever ‘played’ with a Scalextric set at home and wondered if there’s a more realistic way of racing, well wonder no more.
You’ve found Hawthorne Park Slot Car Club where scale model car racing is treated as a true hobby and full size motor-racing is re-created in miniature.
WHAT DO WE RACE?
Hawthorne Park Slot Car Club prides itself on the variety of slot cars we race and hopefully there’s something for everyone. The classes we race are quickly displayed in this slideshow, and we race cars in two different scales (1/32 and 1/24)
